House Clearances and Collections
We offer a competitive house
clearance service, where we can arrange collection from one item to a complete
house clearance. All items deemed saleable will be put into our next
available sales, held fortnightly
on Tuesday and Wednesdays. Each of our auctions features live internet bidding, so
your items can be sold Worldwide. We can also arrange for the removal of
un-saleable items.
We will
happily visit homes across Cheshire and beyond to advise on any items
you wish to sell. All collection charges will be
stated up front and deducted from your net sale proceeds.
Probate Valuations
We offer a probate valuation
service at a competitive price of £175 plus VAT for a standard estate. Our
valuer will visit the property and will send you, within a week, a formal
written valuation of all items excluding the value of the property itself.
Whilst our valuations
comply with all the requirements of a formal probate application, they can also
be useful for the division of an estate amongst beneficiaries. We are in an
ideal position to provide current values in that we sell approximately 4000 items
a month through our auctions. The values we use are those values that we would
expect the items to achieve at auction. If the family wish to sell all or some
of the valued items in our fortnightly auctions, we would be happy to oblige.
